Since December 2010, we do not issue visas for the UK in Belgium anymore. You can find out whether you need one via our Embassy in Paris.
The UK Border Agency and the British Embassy in Paris work in partnership with a commercial organisation: WorldBridge. You can find out whether you need a visa and how to apply through the WorldBridge website.
WorldBridge also provides information through an e-mail (free of charge) and telephone enquiry service. The number is (32) 2 808 0247 and costs US$14 (around €10). You need a credit card to make that call. If you do not have a credit card, you can call WorldBridge’s user pay phone service at 0903-55999. This service costs €1.5 per minute.
All the information provided is supplied and approved by the UK Border Agency.
Website and email information is free of charge but there is a charge for using the telephone service.
WorldBridge and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser.
In the UK these are immigration advisers regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner or legally qualified professionals regulated by designated professional bodies. Their websites are:
WorldBridge manages Visa Application Centres in Paris, Bordeaux and Marseille, where you should submit your application and your biometric data (finger scans and photo). Rather than having to travel to Paris, for your convenience, when you pay your visa fee you will be given the opportunity to make an appointment at the mobile Biometric Clinic at Rue de Colonies 11, 1000 Brussels. The clinic will operate on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9.30 to 16.30. Please note that attendance at the clinic will be by appointment only and will be subject to a service fee of €124 (without VAT) in addition to the UK visa fee.
Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. Neither WorldBridge, nor any of its staff play any part in, nor can they influence, the outcome of your visa application.
If any member of staff employed by WorldBridge claim to be able to influence your application you should inform the British Embassy in Paris as soon as possible.
The UK Border Agency aims to offer a fair and professional service to all our customers. We welcome feedback which helps us to focus on where we need to improve.
